WHO WE ARE

Our principle Executive Consultant, Dr. Steve Henderson, leads our efforts to serve Christian colleges and ministries.  By partnering with Christian professionals and practicing leaders from like-minded institutions, we gather the needed team and services that bring proven success for our clients.  Dr. Henderson has served for over forty years in higher education consulting and administration as well as eight years in state government. He was on the leadership team of three Christian institutions including Oral Roberts University, Portland Bible College and Ecclesia College and two public institutions, Pittsburg State University and the University of Arkansas.  Most recently he was an Associate Professor and the founding Program Coordinator and faculty member of the Organization Leadership Concentration in the Doctor of Education program at Southeastern University, Lakeland, FL.  He taught PhD, DSL and EdD doctoral courses in organizational systems and management, organizational change and strategies, higher education leadership, and organizational leadership for non-profits and chaired numerous dissertations. 

Dr. Henderson's articles and on-going national study on what happens to Christian kids if they go to non-Christian colleges have been widely quoted sources for promoting the value of a Christian college education.  With a passion for Christian higher education as well as outstanding experience in private and public college marketing, retention and administration, Dr. H brings a strong understanding of the best-of-the-best growth and quality strategies to any college or ministry he serves – nearly 100 clients.  He is a Senior Fellow of the Association for Biblical Higher Education and a frequent speaker at national and statewide conferences.  His doctorate is from the University of Arkansas in Higher Education Administration with research at the Higher Education Research Institute of the University of California at Los Angeles.
